Your options

Two Ways to Ship

tapestral offers integrated shipping through our carrier network, or you can arrange your own. The choice is yours at checkout but the responsibilities differ, so please read carefully.

tapestral Carrier Network

Managed by tapestral

tapestral partners with Averitt to offer two delivery methods directly through the platform. We coordinate on your behalf with real-time tracking and full support.

LTL Freight

Cost-effective shared-truck delivery for larger shipments. Best for pieces that can ship on a pallet to a dock or residential address.

White Glove

Premium inside delivery with careful placement by trained crews. The right choice when your client's pieces require more than a curbside drop.

Bring Your Own Carrier

Designer responsibility

If you prefer to use your own carrier, select that option at checkout and provide your carrier name and account number. In this case:

Arrangement

You are responsible for arranging pickup and delivery with your chosen carrier. The manufacturer will coordinate pickup logistics directly with your carrier.

Billing

Shipping costs are billed separately. Charges come directly from your carrier or the manufacturer, not through tapestral.

Accountability

tapestral is not responsible for shipping updates, delays, damages, or disputes when a designer-supplied carrier is used. All tracking and claims are between you and your carrier.

Choosing your option

Which Option Is Right for You?

If you want a hands-off experience with real-time tracking and tapestral support behind it, choose our carrier network.

If you have an existing freight relationship or a specific carrier your clients require, bring your own. Just know that coordination and accountability shift entirely to you.
